TECHNICAL RIDER - “Buttabing! Buttaboom! Buttafly!”

1) PLAYING AREA

MINIMUM stage area 5 metres x 5 metres

Overhead clearance minimum of 5 metres

Artist requires an EVEN, FLAT surface. PLEASE NO GRASS IF POSSIBLE. NO LOOSE GRAVEL OR STONES. The Presenter may be required to provide a surface – performance area must be smooth and flat for the pole rig to function safely.

IF USING A PODIUM OR STAGE STAIRS AND CLEAR ACCESS TO THE AUDIENCE MUST BE PROVIDED.

2) SOUND EQUIPMENT

Artist provides a wireless microphone, CD and/or i pod.

PLEASE PROVIDE AMPLIFICATION, CD PLAYBACK, CABLE FOR MICROPHONE (QUARTER INCH OR XLR), CABLE FOR I POD (MINI TO STEREO) & SOUND OPERATOR.

3) INSTALLATION/ STRIKING

Artist will install all personal props and equipment. Artist can strike own equipment after performance. FOR STAGE PERFORMANCES THE PRESENTER ORGANISES STAGEHANDS TO PRE-SET & STRIKE EQUIPMENT.

Installation time approximately 20 minutes

Striking time approximately 20 minutes

4) SHOW COPYRIGHT

Show concept, creation, script and performance by ABIGAIL COLLINS. Music by various artists.

5) INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of rain, high wind or extreme heat (+35 degrees) the artist agrees to perform as much of the show as is reasonably and safely possible. The presenter understands that this may be a greatly reduced appearance and that in the event of perceived harm to either artist or audience the performance will be stopped.

7) DRESSING ROOM

Please provide a dressing room with bathroom facilities close to performance location. Please provide minimum of 1 litre flat water per performance.

Fire On The Nile Technical Data

TECHNICAL RIDER – "Fire On The Nile"

1) PLAYING AREA

Minimum stage area 5 metres x 5 metres

Overhead clearance minimum of 4 metres

IF USING A PODIUM OR STAGE - STAIRS AND CLEAR ACCESS TO THE AUDIENCE

MUST BE PROVIDED.


2) SOUND EQUIPMENT

Artist provides wireless microphone.

WHERE POSSIBLE PLEASE PROVIDE AMPLIFICATION, CD PLAYBACK & SOUND

OPERATOR. IN THE CASE OF LARGE EVENTS (200+PERSONS IN AUDIENCE) THE

PRESENTER MUST PROVIDE THIS EQUIPMENT.

IF THE PRESENTER REQUIRES THE ARTIST TO PROVIDE HER OWN AMPLIFICATION

SHE MUST BE INFORMED IN ADVANCE.

3) LIGHTING

Where applicable: General wash, follow spot if available for opening

hula hoop routine. IF PERFORMING IN A THEATRE HOUSELIGHTS TO BE BOUGHT

UP AS NECESSARY.

4) INSTALLATION/ STRIKING

Artist will install all personal props and equipment. Artist can

strike own equipment after performance on street. FOR STAGE

PERFORMANCES THE PRESENTER ORGANISES STAGEHANDS TO STRIKE EQUIPMENT.
